"From the moment that we arrived at the airport and were greeted by a staff member the service was above and beyond. We were driven back to Beach Club Hamilton Island and a porter collected our bags from the airport. Check in was a relaxed informal affair, involving sitting in the hotel's lounge, served with a complimentary fruit juice and snack while being given a run through of the resort's facilities.
The room was well appointed, with a great view of Catseye Beach. Staff in the hotel, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping were polite and eager to assist with any request."
