"I'm not sure what prevents it from being a 5* to be honest, as I have stayed in hotels that claim to be 4* and come nowhere near this hotel. Attentive and happy staff. Incredibly clean and lots of special little touches."

"Stayed 3 nights and from the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The service was second to none! The Hotel grounds and pool were beautiful and clean. The pool is very large and the poolside bar has great cocktails and food.
Free shuttle to Bali Collection (shopping & restaurant complex in Nusa Dua) was great. Overall the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend to anyone, possibly the best hotel that we stayed in during our trip."
