"Stayed for 3 nights in a ground floor room. We weren't expecting much given it was only 3 star. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, size of the room (enough to have a bed and a small dining table) and location (across from a lovely park). The place is about a 10 minute walk from the Central Markets and Chinatown and a further 10 minutes from Rundle Mall."
