"Crowne Plaza Auckland was well decorated and very clean. Staff were very attentive. Location is great; 1 block from main shopping street and an easy walk down to the harbour. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby like Elliott Stables next to the rear of the hotel. It's a courtyard with 7 or 8 different eating establishments to choose from all reasonably priced and a wonderful atmosphere.
For breakfast try the coffee shop next to the front of the hotel. For a very good evening meal go to Wildfire at Princess Wharf. Go before 7 pm and save."
