"The great thing about the Esplanade is that it is walking distance to some great eating establishments. We had meals at some of the many pubs in the area and would recommend the Sail And Anchor in South Terrace.
Breakfast is a must in South Terrace. There are any number of places that are serving breakfast, with the best being in the block between Collie and Essex Streets. They are all very popular but the staff are efficient and the experience is pleasant."

"The Esplanade has genuine charm and character. The hotel frontage gives you a sense of whats to come when you enter. The entrance has a grandeur reserved for many more expensive hotels.
We were impressed with the assistance offered by the staff and enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were basic, although comfortable. The private balcony was a great place to take in the atmosphere of busy Fremantle."
