"The room was very clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa/sauna area was very basic as was the gym but they served the purpose very well, especially during a cold winter's night!
It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but it has its own charm about it and I'd definitely come back to stay here again."

"It's about a 5-10min ride from the hotel to the centre of Queenstown via bus. The hotel provides you with a free pass for the yellow bus which goes from the hotel to the city centre. The buses run every 30 mins in each direction.
If the weather had been warmer I would contemplate walking to the city but it is a fair way away. Also on the way back there is a steep hill to climb to get back to the hotel."
