"This is a very basic hotel, rooms are clean and very small, usually with no bath in bathroom. The facilities are good as is the access to the Novotel's restaurant/bar as they are in the same building.
If you have no expectations about this hotel and just want somewhere clean, modern and reasonably priced you will not be disappointed."

"Hotel is quite modern and very close to Auckland's Ellerslie Racecourse, about 15 minutes by public transport from Auckland CBD and beside a turn-off from the motorway.
The restaurant was good and eating there was relaxing. Breakfast really was excellent with a great variety of choices. So, it is worth booking a package including breakfast if you can get a reasonable deal."
