Kata Poolside Resort 

"Everything about Kata Poolside Resort was great. Try to get a room that overlooks the pool as it's beautiful. We had a top floor poolside room with a nice sea breeze. The rooms are large and clean with a full bathroom. Buffet breakfast is pretty good too. Pool is fabulous with excellent kid friendly area (for a three year old), spa area and lots of space for everyone. 2 minutes walk to the beach and right next to restaurants, shops, taxi stand if you want to go Patong or elsewhere. Hotel has tour office if you want to arrange any tours, transport, bike hire, etc."

"The location of Kata Poolside Resort is just walking distant to Kata Beach, stalls that sells various stuff, restaurants, massage centre, 7-11, a few food hawker at night, tut tut / taxi service and even a bus terminal for those who are adventurous enough to take a local bus for a tour. Despite being so conveniently located, the hotel it is very quiet, cosy and private."
