"Really enjoyed my stay at the Kingsgate Parnell. I found everything to be reasonable and in line with my expectations given the price. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton but was pleasantly surprised by the great service and complimentary parking.
The hotel is situated relatively close to the city and being opposite the rose gardens and in close proximity to the Auckland domain it gave it an out of city feel."

"This hotel is old but well located. You need a car here but the neighbourhood is one of the top suburbs in Auckland. It's centrally located to lots of Auckland sights and attractions. There is a small convenience shop up the road where you can buy food and drinks.
I always get a 1 bedroom suite facing the city with glimpses of the Sky Tower. It's quite spacious and gets afternoon sun."
