"There are lots of free activities at Mango Bay Resort like basket weaving, jewellery making, coconut bowling, volleyball, soccer and softball plus local traditions such as kava ceremony, Meke ceremony and trips to the local village. They also offer several trips for a small fee such as an island day trip, fishing trips and waterfall trips. Typically the day before an event there is a board where you can sign up for the trip if you are interested."

"The overall experience of staying at Mango Bay Resort was simply amazing fun, and if you're up for a bit of an adventure, this is the place for you. The staff are beautiful (mostly Fijian) and kind (don't expect fast service, it's 'Fiji Time!'), the activities were cheap, as were the meals and drinks.
We loved it, great place to stay. Staff were really, really friendly. Nothing was a problem for them."
