"When staying at Mantra Southbank go for higher floor room with city view as the other side is right on the train track and is noisy. A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities. There is both a 24-hr convenience store and bottle shop a short walk down Grey Street.
Don't pass up the opportunity to have at least one room-service meal on the balcony. We found the hotel restaurant's meals to be of a high standard. Highly recommended."

"Plenty of bars and cafes are located across the street from Mantra Southbank (as is Southbank itself) - cinema is at the end of the block - and South Brisbane train station is a very short stroll away.
Queen Street Mall was also just a short walk away across the river. We plan to book our next stay in Brisbane at the Mantra - we were extremely impressed by the staff, room facilities and location."
