"The Hotel is located in the centre of everything and the rooms offer superb value for money. The restaurant has the most amazing views of the harbour and city and the staff go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.
The hotel is an older hotel but the cleanliness is excellent. This was my first time and all parts of my stay was well above average."

"It has a great location right at the bottom of Auckland CBD and very handy to all transport. Opposite Westfield shopping centre that contains a "Warehouse" store so very handy for picking up any items needed in a hurry. Food court also located in the shopping centre so great for meals.
Front desk staff always helpful and polite. We used the hotel restaurant a few times and the food and service was excellent - not to mention the fantastic views."
