"We found Mercure Patong a great hotel. Location-wise, you walk out of hotel and turn right for a straight walk of 15 mins to Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Or you can walk across the road to Hard Rock Hotel and then go straight for 10 mins to Patong Beach, you can visit the Ocean shopping centre as well. We love hanging around the swimming pool which is clean & airy. Breakfast has broad selection and the staff are greeting you with a big smile every morning. Housekeeping service is professional, the cleaning ladies tidy up our rooms in well-organized manner."

"We found the staff at Mercure Patong Phuket to be very helpful and friendly with good english. Location is fantastic being so close to Otop markets and restaurants and Beach Road was very close too. There is a 24 hr Family Mart right next door and laundry drop off and Pharmacy within 100 meters."
