"Miramar Hotel Singapore is very clean and staff most attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Our room was on a high floor with excellent views of the river. Excellent shower, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast included in price. Free shuttle bus but taxis are so cheap. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping plazas, Chinatown and the River."

"Miramar Hotel Singapore is in a very good location and about 15 minutes walk down to the Marina with lots to see on the way. Petrol station next door which sells all sort of things you may need or have forgotten. We never used the pool as we went out in the morning and returned at night, but it looked fine. Breakfasts were good too, plenty of choice. They also have a left luggage room which is good if you are flying out at night and want to make the most of your day. There are bus stops outside to various places and Clarke Quay MRT is not far away. Chinatown is a short walk around the side/back of the hotel."
