"The staff were very friendly with lots of smiles. The check-in was efficient and courteous. The room was newly renovated (19th floor) and had all its comfort, services and amenities you will need for an exciting stay in Bangkok. The room was properly cleaned by the staff and the little nice gift in the evening was much appreciated.

Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, staff attentive and always happy for a little chat. They even had a little "tuk tuk" (kind of golf caddy like vehicle) which brings you for free to the Skytrain."
