"We stayed on the 11th floor at Rydges Hotel Christchurch and we loved the friendly service we got as we walked past the main foyer by the staff smiling and saying hello each time. The room was clean and comfortable.
There is a very cosy bar with fireplace and restaurant in the lobby and the location of the hotel is second to none. It's right in the heart of the city near transport and right amongst all the shops."

"Rydges Hotel Christchurch is ideally situated amongst restaurants and shopping. Just next to the hotel is an Italian restaurant that serves some excellent risotto and the hospitality is marvellous.
We had a city view room which looked towards Cathedral Square. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was lovely with great water pressure."
