"The rooms were spacious and well set out. Just 100 metres or so from Salamanca Place. The on site restaurant was excellent, staff were very friendly. Only downside was that the Salamanca Inn Hobart is halfway up a hill which became tiring after a days sightseeing."

"We were delighted we found a very well run hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff who were prepared to go out of their way to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was large and very well equipped, it was impeccably clean, and was serviced every day.
We didn't eat in the Salamanca Inn Hobart but enjoyed meals in the delightful restaurants just around the corner near the port, where the famous market is held on a Saturday morning."
