"It's fairly centrally located in Auckland, close to the ferry terminal (about 5- 10 minutes), near restaurants and bars. Location wise, you cant go wrong. There is a food alley right opposite the hotel where we bought a lot of our meals.

Anytime we ordered extra towels, cutlery etc, it would be up in minutes and the room was clean and spacious with a pretty big bathroom."

"Every staff member was very hospitable, professional and accommodating. Our room on the eighth floor was quiet, very clean, elegant and spacious. There were many gathering places for eating, drinking or smoking fine cigars. The Brasserie restaurant had an ambience of a fine café that overlook the main street.

The hotel is also ideally located in the heart of downtown Auckland. Only blocks from most attractions in central Auckland, and we reached outlying areas such as Ponsonby and Parnell within about 15 minutes on city buses."
