"From the moment I arrived at Swissotel Sydney, to the room service, to maid service, to concierge I have never felt so pampered by a highly skilled group of professionals. This is truly a five star hotel experience.
The hotel itself is above a shopping district. The rooms are clean and modern, and a decent size. Other than being thoroughly delighted with my room, I was blown away by the staff and how I was treated. This is a hotel you go to when you want to spoil yourself."

"Rooms at Swissotel Sydney are spacious and beds comfortable. Decor is a little dated in the bathrooms - however showers etc are huge. I love the service. Staff have that knack of maintaining a respectful distance but seeming to be one step ahead of your needs. They also use your name which is a small thing but makes the world of difference. Some of the best service I have experienced. Try the day spa for a relaxing afternoon."
