The New Esplanade Hotel 

"I stayed at the New Esplanade Hotel because of its proximity to the Perth Conference & Exhibition Centre. The decor of the hotel is old and somewhat run-down, although the rooms are a decent size and are clean. The staff were helpful and addressed any problems I had. Good location."

"The hotel staffs at The New Esplanade Hotel were rather friendly and helpful. Location wise, The New Esplanade is strategically located where Hay Street shopping street is just right within walking distance, 5-min walk. Ferry service to South Perth/Rottnest Island is just 5-min walk away. City metro is also just 5-min away. King's Park is around 10-15min walk distance.

Our room overlooked the Perth eye Ferris wheel, nice view at night. Room was spacious, with a double and a single, and plenty of room to move."
