Although you're given a 'price guide' on our site, exact prices, schedules & availability are displayed from the direct links to our sellers' booking engines.
Why does Bridge Pacific only display a 'price guide'?

We're not the seller therefore we don't set the price. Our process encourages you to browse each component based on your preferences. We don't distract & delay you along the way whilst 'we process your booking' or 'check our database for availability'.

Bridge Pacific places you in 'browse' mode first then 'book' mode last. When you're ready to book, exact prices, schedules & availability are displayed from our sellers' booking engines and a 'real time booking' is processed.

How do I book?
From our pages, there are direct links to each flight, hotel, car hire, sight seeing and insurance component. Once you've found the seller(s) you'd like to book with, follow the buttons and links and you're on your way!
How do I pay?
A credit card is required. All major credit cards are accepted. 
Does Bridge Pacific book for me?
The convenience of the Internet empowers you to self-book. Besides, it's so easy! You can book when you like; how about 11:00pm when we're asleep? Sometimes you have to act quickly to snap up sale fares and last minute hotel deals however you'll miss out if you wait for us to respond. In what order should I book?

For domestic holidays, we suggest booking accommodation first then flights. The reason being is that there's normally plenty of domestic flights each day however accommodation vacancies are touch and go.

If you think about it, you'll spend most of your holiday time utilising your accommodation and in comparison little time flying. Domestic flights are pretty much 'no frills' these days but accommodation is variable. You'll want to make sure you secure the property of your choice before being stuck with flights that could be costly to amend.

For international holidays, we suggest booking flights first then accommodation. The reason being is that international flights are expensive and schedules aren't as flexible. You'll have to play with dates until you find a fare that suits your budget. Once you know your flight dates, book the accommodation of your choice to match.

After you've secured your accommodation and flights, book other components like car hire, sight seeing and insurance.

Can I make amendments

In general, flight schedule changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure date/time. A penalty per person per changed segment applies. Name changes and/or origin/destination changes are not permitted.

In general, accommodation changes can be made up to 5 days before check-in date. A penalty applies. Amendments are subject to availability and extra payment will be required if you choose a more expensive option.

Make sure you read and understand the booking conditions of each component before purchase.

Can I cancel?

In general, flights are non-refundable however funds will be held in credit by airline for 12 months to be used toward another booking. A penalty applies. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure date/time including 'no-shows' results in loss of fare.

In general, accommodation can be cancelled up to 14 days before check-in date. A penalty applies. Cancellation of accommodation less than 14 days before check in date results in one (1) night room rate penalty. Balance is refunded. Cancellation after check-in including 'no shows' results in loss of payment.
