Accounts payable is the management of your bills and expenses.
We'll show you how to take a pic of your paper receipts from your smart phone and send the bills received via email to your Receipt Bank account for processing. On a regular basis, we'll publish your bills & receipts to Xero and reconcile with the transactions on the bank feed. An image of the source document will be attached to each transaction.
For those bills that need to be paid, we'll setup Planned Payment dates then let you know in advance which bills are due. To actually pay your bills, we'll send you an ABA file to upload to your bank.
